You agree that you will not upload or transmit any Content (i.e., Consumer Review) to the Site that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Strictly for Kids and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may only use Content for personal, non-commercial use.
You shall not download (other than page caching) or modify any portion of the Site. You shall not collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices, for any reason other than purchasing products from the Site. You shall not make any derivative use of the Site or its contents. You shall not copy or download any account information for the benefit of another merchant. You shall not use data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Strictly for Kids or its affiliates, licensors or subsidiaries. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Strictly for Kids's name, trademarks or other terms that are similar or confusing. You shall not purchase "keywords" in any internet search engines that are similar or confusing to trademarks owned by Strictly for Kids or its licensors, affiliates or subsidiaries. In addition to all prohibitions listed above you are specifically prohibited from using any Site contents or other intellectual property owned by Strictly for Kids without express written consent from Strictly for Kids.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (collectively “Trademarks”) are proprietary to Strictly for Kids or their respective owners that have given Strictly for Kids the right and license to use such Trademarks.
Many orders are shipped directly from our suppliers and shipping times will vary, depending on the supplier. You may receive your order in multiple shipments, if it ships from more than one source. Average orders will deliver within one to four weeks, but may take longer. If you need your order quickly, please contact our customer service department for an approximate shipping time(s) and options to receive the items you need quickly. Unless an order states that Strictly for Kids is to ‘ship complete,’ we reserve the right to ship any portion of an order, then ship the balance at a later date. All shipments coming out of our location are FOB origin, Tacoma, WA and shipments from any of our suppliers is FOB origin, from the suppliers location.
Strictly for Kids is able to ship most of its products, via standard ground or by common carrier, to anywhere in the contiguous US. Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii will require special shipping arrangements and generally will cost more. Similarly, products which may be shipped to Canada will generally cost more. Please call customer service for shipping quotes to these destinations. The customer is responsible for shipping fees assigned to their purchase.
Our shopping cart adds estimated shipping charges to your order. Actual shipping & delivery charges may exceed the estimated amount. If so, we will contact you with the correct amount before shipping your order. If you are contacted for additional shipping charges, you may pay the extra costs, modify your order, or cancel your order for a refund.
SHIPPING DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES
We will make every reasonable effort to assist when freight is damaged. In order to assist, it is imperative that you and your receiving personnel follow the proper procedures in the rare event of damaged freight. All shipments will include a package count. The consignee must note any shortages or visible freight damage on the bill of lading and/or shipper’s documents at the time of delivery.
Final responsibility for shipping damage or shortages is defined by governmental and shipping industry regulations. Here are some points to remember: Ownership of merchandise shipped by common carrier, parcel service or RPS, transfers to the consignee immediately upon being picked up by the transportation company, not when merchandise is delivered. Liability for damage or loss to the consignee’s property during transit rests with the carrier. It is the responsibility of the consignee to inspect and promptly report any damage or shortage to the carrier within 10 days. (Some carriers require shorter reporting. We recommend that reporting is done within 24 hours, or 48 hours at the very latest.) All claims for reimbursement of damage or loss must be filed with the common carrier by the consignee unless we notify you otherwise.
In the event of damage in shipping, the consignee must keep all packaging materials as proof of damage and for use in re-packaging in the event that the product(s) are to be returned to Strictly for Kids. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.
Many of our products require freight transit. Please be aware, residential deliveries, inside deliveries and delivery locations without a loading dock and forklift (when applicable) may incur an additional charge, above and beyond any shipping rate quoted in our shopping cart.
The shipping company may require the customer to remove the products from the shippers truck, and/or bring the item(s) into the customers facility.
Unless other arrangements are made in writing, at the time of purchase, with a Strictly for Kids representative, all setup or installation of purchased goods remains the responsibility of the customer. Should the customer not wish to install their purchased product(s), Strictly for Kids may be able to locate a professional installer for the customer’s region or location, however it is not guaranteed that we will find you a supplier. Additional fees apply for this service and you are responsible for any charges related to third party services. Strictly for Kids is not responsible for the quality or assurance of any third party’s services, and provides no warranty or assurance related to such services.
No freight deliveries will be delivered or moved inside your location, by the delivering carrier, unless this service is available and specific arrangements have been made at the time of purchase or prior to shipping. Additional charges to the customer will normally apply for inside delivery of goods, liftgate service, redelivery or other special handling or storage, whether Strictly for Kids arranges it on your behalf, or you hire services independently.
Strictly for Kids, their suppliers or shippers
bear responsibility for delivering the items ordered into a customers
facility or play yard, or removing the items from the shippers vehicle. This is solely the customers responsibility.
Strictly for Kids will not accept cancellations once an item ships and no refunds will be made if a customer either refuses a delivery or requires the shipping company to ship the order back to the original shipping location. The customer is responsible for any additional fees, including possible storage fees and/or re-delivery fees by the shipping company, if there are any delays of delivery, change of destination or any other charges or fees incurred due to the customer not accepting the delivery within the time frame that the shipping company deems necessary.
If a customer causes a delivery to be delayed for any reason, Strictly for Kids reserves the right to notify the customer by e-mail, phone, postal mail, FedEx or another means of delivery, informing the customer that they are required to make arrangements and to accept the delivery within 5 business days from the date of notification. If the customer is either not willing to do so, does not accept and/or open or ignores the notification, or claims not to have received the notification, Strictly for Kids may, at their discretion, arrange for the item(s) to either be disposed of or delivered to the location of Strictly for Kids choice and no refund will be made to the customer. The customer will be responsible for any additional expenses associated with the disposal or re-shipping of the item(s).

Strictly for Kids reserves the right to change pricing or correct pricing errors at any time without notification. In the event of an error in pricing, if a price change on any item(s) is deemed necessary by Strictly for Kids after an order is placed, the customer has the option of either paying the price difference, or cancelling the order for a full refund of the amount paid on that item. Processing/Delivery time for products that are made/packaged upon receiving the order, and/or custom orders vary greatly; please contact your account manager or customer service representative for more information.
It is up to Strictly for Kids discretion whether or not an item is eligible for return. There is a 35% cancellation / restocking fee (of the product price) on canceled orders or returns plus the freight charges (both the original shipment to your location, then back to either the shipper or to Strictly for Kids warehouse). If the order included free shipping, Strictly for Kids will assess the actual cost to ship the item(s) to you, and provide you with the amount of this expense.
The customer pays for return freight and all item(s) must be in perfect new, resalable condition. All returns must be in the original packaging, with any protective packing materials such as foam, bubble wrap, cardboard etc. re-packed in the same manner as when you received the item(s), to greatly minimize any possible freight damage. If the item is damaged during shipping, it is not eligible for return. We do not accept cancellations or returns on custom orders or on items that are ''Made to Order''. Only items that SFK stocks may be eligible for return. We are not responsible for loss of income or expenses that occur because of delays. Strictly for Kids reserves the right to modify products and/or packaging, or substitute items of equal or greater value, on all orders.

All orders must be prepaid at the time of order. We accept Purchase Orders from government agencies, hospitals, colleges and some non-profit groups (YMCA, YWCA, United Way, etc.). We offer terms only in select cases. Please contact us if you would like more information.
All Mainstream Furniture, Deluxe Furniture and Specialty Furniture manufactured by Strictly for Kids is covered by a lifetime warranty. All Outdoor Playground equipment manufactured by Strictly for Kids is covered by a fifteen year warranty. Please request our full written warranty for details.
Products from other manufacturers are warranted only to the extent of warranties offered by those manufacturers. Strictly for Kids does not provide any further warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly agree that this Site is provided by Strictly for Kids on an “as is” basis. Strictly for Kids makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials or products included on the site. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Strictly for Kids shall create a warranty not expressly made by the manufacturer. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of this website is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer or loss of data that results in the downloads of such content. To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, Strictly for Kids shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained through your use of the site. Strictly for Kids will not be liable in any way for any injury that happens because of manufacturer defects or normal use of the product purchased from or any product given or provided by Strictly for Kids.
