The Serenade offers users the ability to play songs using the color-coded chimes and songbook. Learn to play in two different ways - by color or by the annotated notes on the instrument and in the songbook. Read music without any prior knowledge and let the learning begin!
Simply match the colors of the keys in the Music Book to the colored notes of the Serenade, to play a favorite nursery song.
Serenade features 15 chimes which are diatonic and provide sweet and pleasant sounds with every note played. Select the color coded 6 song songbook from the drop down menu above, which allows beginners to play like a pro.
This is an exceptional way for children and adults, ages four to 100+ years, to play an instrument with no formal training or intervention by others. Even children under four years of age, who may not be quite ready to match the colors yet, will benefit from this awesome outdoor musical instrument. With these and most of our inspirational instruments there are no wrong notes. From the first note on the child (and/or others) will feel success, as they experience the joy of creating beautiful music on their own, or with your assistance if you cannot resist playing along.
