The Double Trouble Chest Press Station is an awesome outdoor fitness station that can be used to perform chest press exercises. To get started, all that users need to do is sit on the padded seat with their feet spread apart, then grab the two handles and alternate moving them from in front of their faces to beside their heads.
This deceptively simple exercise provides great assistance in the development of strong and well-defined pectorals, as well as arm muscles. Just in case someone needs help, this station also has directions on how to use it safely and effectively posted onto both sides of the frame. The best part is that since it is a double station, you get two great pieces of exercise equipment in one. This makes it perfect for areas where multiple people are likely to be exercising at once.
