When it comes to building a good school or residential fitness park, you have to give people activities that will challenge them, but still be accessible. Dips are one of the most popular forms of exercise among fitness enthusiasts, as it is a great way to strengthen arm muscles. Users simply hold on to the top bar, point their legs forward, or tuck them underneath, then repeatedly raise and lower their body using their arms. The Royal Double Station Dip can be used simultaneously by two people without them getting in each other’s way, thanks to its mirrored design. The materials used in its framework ensure that will last through many uses and remain an excellent investment after enduring the daily elements. The Royal version of the Dip Station offers users guidance on how to use the equipment properly, with its handy set of attached instructions. Its straightforward and welcoming design is completed by the pointed plastic roof on top.
